The WordPress route just wasn't working for me. It was a hassle to update my galleries, blogging felt cumbersome whenever I wanted to add images. It just wasn't the experience I was looking for. After noodling around both here and on Format, I decided to go with Squarespace. (I did really want to go with Format, but their layout options and design choices left a bit to be desired.)
So this is just a really brief first post with very little meaningful content other than to say I hope to be blogging much more frequently and able to post my images along with whatever stories I can come up with to go alongside them.
